Biography :

Dr. Marissa Condon received her BE (Electronic Engineering) and Ph.D. degrees from The National University of Ireland, Galway in 1995 and 1998, respectively. From October 1998 until February 2000 she worked in the National Grid of the ESB.  In March 2000, she took up a lecturing position in the School of Electronic Engineering at Dublin City University.

Her research interests include

• Numerical methods for highly oscillatory problems

• Modelling and simulation of circuits

  Development of algorithms for efficient time-domain and frequency-domain analysis

  Modelling and simulation of interconnects

  Simulation of nonlinear circuits

  Computer-Aided-Design of high-frequency circuits
  
  Nonlinear Model Reduction
