Instructions for Authors: 

Authors who wish to present a paper at the conference should send four copies of their paper to the address given below by April 30th 1999.

Dublin 9, Ireland.

Full papers, not exceeding 15 printed pages (12 pt font, single-spacing) should be submitted for anonymous review. To enable the double-blind review process there should be two title pages. 

Title Page 1:

• the title of the paper
• the names and complete addresses (address, telephone and fax)
• author's email address. This must be included.
• an abstract of 300 words clearly stating the impact of the contribution
• a set of up to five keywords. 

Title Page 2:

• the title, abstract and keywords. Authors and institutions are not to be identified.

Camera-ready copies must follow the format of IMVIP '99, that is, the Springer Latex2e Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format, available at:

http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html
