Diffserv additions to ns-2

Diffserv support exists in the current ns-distribution (ns-2.1b8a) so it is highly unlikely that you would want to use my patches.

What's old

General information on the additions that I've added to ns.

Notes on problems with the scheduler in my current implementation and how they can (probably) be solved.

I wrote some notes on how to use the patch - I think they need to be updated.
